[NEWS] My MAJOR ‘Olympic-Sized’ Announcement

Posted: February 6, 2014 by fusionfitnessandperformance in Events, News

FB cover - announce

The Sochi Winter Olympic Games are about to begin and I’m excited! Why? The Olympic games are special. It’s where the best-of-the-best compete. And it brings out in the athletes a special kind of competitiveness. An unreal desire to push their performances to the max, shatter records create unforgettable moments that you’ll never see again.

Once-in-a lifetime moments that stay with you forever.

That doesn’t just happen, there is years of intense training and dedication involved. The training regime of the for these athletes is so specific, the United States has specific training facilities dedicated only to the training for the Olympic Games.

There are three in all:
– Chula Vista, CA
– Colorado Springs, CO
– Lake Placid, NY

These national training facilities are NOT open to the public and are only for Olympic athletes and their coaches. As you can imagine, these training facilities are also the best-of-the-best. World class all-in-one training centers where everything is taken care of for the nation’s best athletes. They live in first-class accommodations, eat the best food, train with the best equipment – it’s all there under one roof.

Other than allowing for an occasional tour, gaining access to these facilities in near impossible.

Training there? Ha!

…unless you’re an Olympic athlete, forget about it.

That is, until now.

The Back-Story on this ‘Once-in-a-Lifetime’ Opportunity

As many of you know, one of the groups I have huge success with are Triathletes. Last year my client and Top Triathlon Coach Todd Wiley and I were talking about running our own 3-4 Day Spring Training Camp for Triathletes in Spring of 2014.

– Swim, Bike, Run workouts
– Strength Training by yours truly
– Personalized guidance from us both

We were working on details and looking for venue. Little did we know that a few months later Todd would get a call that ended our search. A call that offered him THE venue.

Lake Placid, New York
A once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for our group of Triathletes to get all the above AND have full-access to one the nation’s private world-class training centers – The Training Center at Lake Placid, NY.

See for yourself => Official Website of The Training Center, Old Military Road, Lake Placid, NY

This will be the ONLY All-Inclusive 4-Day Camp where you will live, eat and train just like these world-class athletes do. A truly amazing opportunity!

Historic Lake Placid, NY:
– one of the most beautiful areas of the country
– the site of two Winter Olympic Games – 1932 and 1980
– Site of the 1980 ‘Miracle on Ice’ USA hockey victory over Russia which placed them in line to win the Gold Medal

So much history and so much to see and visit there too.

Todd Wiley’s World Championship Triathlon Training Camp will include:
- Triathlon training coaching led by World Champion Todd Wiley
– Daily Swim, Bike, Run workouts
– Core-to-Strength Training led by – yours truly, Fernando Paredes
– Group workshops
– Personalized guidance

And this Camp will NOT cost an arm and a leg either.

Todd has made special arrangements to offer this Inaugural Camp at a price ANYONE can afford.

Why? Todd feels strongly about making this opportunity available to as many athletes as possible so they can have this once-in-a-lifetime experience – a world-class experience.

I’m Blown Away
I can not begin to express how excited I am to be a part of this. I view this as the highest honor and privilege to be one of few non-olympic staff to EVER be allowed in to teach where the best-of-the-best coaches teach and train. It is humbling to say the least.

So go to Todd’s website now for more details and if you’re a Triathlete, sign up NOW. It will be first come, first served. And at this Super-low price… It will be sure to sell-out quickly!

Your Strength Training Worries are Over

You’ll never have to wonder if you are doing an exercise correctly… how to use it in a workout… what the focus and objective of a certain training phase should be. I’ve eliminated all the guesswork and laid out a proven step-by-step 3-part plan for success. The Core-to-Strength ™ Curriculum, Video Library and Blueprint SOLVES it all for you!

-The Core-to-Strength ™ Curriculum

You must change your mindset from the typical traditional ‘mess’ flooding the fitness and performance field in order to get AUTHENTIC results. And since unlearning habits and changing the mindset is usually a challenge for most, I’ve developed a simple way to break it down and make that mindset change easier for people. That’s the online curriculum of video tutorials that makes up the Core-to-Strength Training program. Understanding these key concepts and principles of human movement makes your exercise training come to life – creating extraordinary results.

Here are some of the topics covered:

Control vs Compensation
Core Training
Integration Training
Movement Training
Circulation Training
Intensity/ Frequency Scale
Neuromuscular Systems
Musculo-fascial Networks
Bio-mechanics
Instinctive Training
Mind-Body Connection
Law of Genetic Variation

… just to name a few.

-The Core-to-Strength ™ Video Library

Here’s a SNEAK-PREVIEW of the detailed instructional videos you’ll have 24/7 access to as a Premium or Elite Member. Here I am teaching the Squat & Row exercise as World Champion Todd Wiley demonstrates.

Core-to-Strength ™ Video Library includes:

  • Professional How-to-Videos filmed at my training studio
  • Detailed instruction on the purpose, form and technique of every Core-to-Strength Training ™ exercise.
  • Split-Screen Feature – so you can watch the exercise, from TWO separate vantage points, while I explain and coach you through each key point.
  • My ‘star’ athletes in action – who have used these very same exercises with great success: World Champion Todd Wiley, 5-Time Top Ten IRONMAN Finisher Nancy Smith and amateur Triathlete on-the-rise Andy J.

-The Core-to-Strength ™ 12-Month Blueprint

SUPER-BONUS!: 18 years of research went into uncovering the best way to get results in the fastest way possible. The result is this blueprint. The SAME Blueprint that has taken men, women, beginners, injured athletes, elite-level competitors, World Champions – ANYONE – to their personal best levels of performance. A step-by-step success guide containing detailed instructions and training plans covering an entire 52 weeks of training. ($700 value) 24/7 access INCLUDED for Premium and Elite Members.

The Core-to-Strength ™ 12-Month Blueprint includes:

  • 52 weeks of step-by-step workouts
  • Detailed instructions on how to perform each workout
  • All Movement Routines found in Restoration Phase
  • All Core Routines found in Restoration Progression 1
  • All Strength Routines found in Restoration Progression 2
  • Specific training instructions for each training phase
  • Time-tested methods & techniques proven to deliver results
  • Specific check-point objectives that will tell you when your body is ready for the next level of workouts or phase of training [if your body does not meet the criteria for each level as I’ve laid out, you’ll achieve better results staying at that current level. Prematurely moving on to the next level of workouts will ruin your forward momentum and actually STOP all your progress dead in it’s tracks!]

Limited-Time Special Offer!

OK… after watching those incredible interviews, I know you MUST be feeling excited and raring to go with Core-to-Strength Training ™. So as part of this NEW program launch, you can enroll as a Member of our NEW Fusion Fitness & Performance website at the Low Introductory Rate of $27 a month!

$97, $67, $57.. Only $27 a month

Honestly, I can easily charge $57, $67… up to $97 a month for everything you get as a member of  this site. Watch those client testimonial videos again… the sample exercise video, review ALL the bullet points of what’s included in this membership, the expert guidance, detailed how-to exercise videos, an entire 52 week training program telling you exactly what to do and how to do it – not just any program – one that has 18 years of in-the-trenches experience, researched, refined and PROVEN to work for you. Having access to ‘The Blueprint’ ALONE is worth the price of admission. Think about it… for you to have 24/7 online access to THAT kind of expert training for ONLY $27 a month is unreal. The same training information that some private clients have gladly paid me upwards of $200 a session for. And if you Pre-Pay your membership it’s only $25 a month!

Why am I doing this?

So why  am I offering it all for only $27 a month? Here’s why: I know my program works and I want to help as many athletes as possible get the same results my clients have achieved. However, I am only ONE person, can only work with a certain amount of people and have a full schedule.  At times it takes 2-3 weeks for me to see a new client. By training online, I can help hundreds of athletes at any given time. So I’m putting my money where my mouth is by keeping the membership super low – for now – to make it super easy for people to get started with the Core-to-Strength Training ™ program.

Only for the first 100 members

Make no mistake, this is a bona-fide limited-time introductory offer. These rates will increase to $47 a month (which is STILL a bargain!) AFTER we reach our first 100 members. And since I want to ensure top-quality service to all our members, I will also limit memberships to this website. As soon as we have all the members we can realistically handle, I will CLOSE membership to this site. That could be 300… 500… 1000, don’t know the exact number yet, but I will be limiting memberships so I can maintain high-quality and service. Take advantage of this SUPER deal by signing-up today!

I was honored to help promote the 2013 Endurance Sports Expo via a live TV segment on the CBS 3/CW Philly channel. We had a blast! Big THANK YOU to my ‘cast’ of clients who helped me: Jack Wilson – Cyclist, Andy Jarin – Ironman Triathlete, Heather Leiggi – Professional Triathlete. I couldn’t have done it without all of you! Last but not least, to Chip Homier for asking me to be a part of his Expo.

Here’s a great picture we took after the segment was over. Don’t we look like a cast of a fitness show? Great job guys. Thanks again!
